As we heal ourselves we heal those around us. As an energy medicine practitioner, my role is to support you in the process of shifting your perspective and bring light to the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Working with clients over the years and in my own healing journey, I know this for sure: the answers lie in the discomfort. There is a truth under the surface of your current reality - depression, repetitive thoughts, fear, anxiety, dis-ease, illness of any kind - asking to come forth, be seen and evolve. Let’s work together to access your wisdom and bring you into balance.

During energy medicine sessions, you can be your authentic self as we work together to create a space full of potential, freedom and choice. As you begin to transform your particular story, my job is to hold a deeply healing presence of guidance, non-judgement and love allowing you to take control of your life.  

Energy medicine has changed my life and it’s my calling to share this gift with others. From the big transitions of child-rearing or death of a loved one to the micro-moments of communication in our relationships; energy medicine brings us home to ourselves so we can shift our perspective and blossom into oneness.

Training

My background includes a degree in Human Development from California State University, East Bay, certifications in Reiki (I and II) and a Master Certification in Intuition Medicine®.   

I am active in the healing community and have committed to continuous learning through Orin and DaBen’s Awakening Your Light Body courses, the healing modalities of Matrix Energetics and direct learning with intuitives Cyndi Dale and Martin Twycross.  

In the broader community, I share my talents as a healer and leader through my role as the treasurer and investigative consultant for the Find Me Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting law enforcement and families locate missing loved ones. Additionally, I am the creator and founder of this platform, Collaborative Healing.

HOW I WORK

An appointment with me has no limits.  It's all about YOU!  Bring your questions/concerns and be ready to focus on healing yourself.  By virtue of healing yourself, you are healing those around you as well.  A huge benefit!  You will begin to see the ripple effect that only energy healing can offer.  Sessions are  60 minutes and are performed by phone. Book an energy session here.

My clients fall into a wide range, from those looking to deepen their spiritual path to those that are seeking healing from illness of any kind.  I work with individuals, small businesses and teams in larger corporations. I especially love working with families and children offering an energetic perspective on the shifting dynamics of adolescence.
